Alright chaps,
summer is here, that means finals are over and I can stand up once more and stop eating infront of the computer and my books.
I saw a picture of me from a party this weekend and I looked absolutely horrible, I've gained a few pounds over this past couple of months and I plan on getting back in shape, I'm even getting manboobs here.
As of now, I'm implementing this change:
NO Beer
SOY Milk for my coffee
NO chips
NO Unnecessary carbohydrates actually
More chicken and beef
More salads
NO candy
NO popcorn
Only getting the chicken salads when eating out with my bros (twice a week)
More water
HIIT training at the gym
What I'm aiming for:
Beef up my back muscles, I look terrible from behind
Firmer ass and thigh muscles
Stronger jawline
Going down another waist size and buy two more pair of nice jeans when I reach that
